Inventory

Items are useful for solving puzzles.

When you click on an item with the Use ability selected, Inessa will add that item to her inventory for future use.

To access the inventory, just move the mouse to the top of the screen, and click the button that appears (or by pressing TAB).

You can look at, talk to and use each item, just like in the rest of the game.

Using an item allows you to select it as the cursor and use it anywhere else in the game.

You can also use items on other items. This is called Merging. Merging replaces the walk ability and can only be accessed within the inventory.

To merge an item, make sure that the Merge ability is selected, than click on the first item you want to merge, than click on the second item. Different items have different affects on each other.

Objectives

Every time Inessa is faced with a new problem she will add it to her objectives list.

Access the objective list by left-clicking on the Objectives button below the inventory.

This can be useful if you forget what Inessa is supposed to be doing.

You can also Buy clues to these objectives using a currency known as Star Dust. Star Dust is rare and can be found scattered around the various locations. It pays to look in every nook and cranny!

But use the Star Dust wisely as once youve spent it you cant go back. The clues you purchase may or may not be helpful.

You can also ask characters about these objectives during conversation by selecting Ask objectives from the dialog list.

Saving

The save button is situated to the right of the inventory in the drop-down menu.

Left-clicking the save button will record your progress in your save slot for you to return to at a later date.

The game will automatically save after youve completed an objective.

Conversations:

Conversations can lead to new information, new objectives and open new areas. So get talkative!

When you use the Talk ability on a character you will enter conversion mode.

Here you are presented with a list of dialogue options. To select one, simply left-click on the option and Inessa will say it.

Sometimes you are able to repeat the question for clarification; other times you only given one chance to say the right thing. But dont worry, any important goals will be added to your objectives list.

Exploring:

Now that you know how to navigate Inessa, make sense of the drop-down menu and hold a conversation the rest is up to you! So explore your environment, experiment with different objects and reveal the mystery of the Sky Cap.
